Priorities
These are the priorities identified during the jigsaw conversation, July 2006. Although they will develop, these priorities will largely shape our direction over the next year and beyond
Short term
- Responsibility to Report Seminar (Sept. 2006?)
- Organisational Structure Development
- Growing Active Membership
- Finish initial funding letter with which to approach local personal contacts
- Seminars with Chinese students at LSE and other London colleges
Medium term
- Working to infuse UK establishments with Never Again-style thinking
- Build UK-Rwanda links
- Make a social exchange local international paper in the UK
- Encourage critical thinking in the UK
- Build the UK chapter and office.
- Develop a vision of activities and initiatives in London: R2R as the first in a series of seminars on different topics and stimulating conversation between and within various sectors
- Develop media programme -international journalists exchange in London
