This page has been created to coordinate our volunteer/intern recruitment and handling. This refers to structured volunteer programmes and roles, rather than the everyday work carried out by network members
There is a clear need to reinforce the processes that we already have in place, standardise processes and improve communications. Please make any additions to this working paper, which will be developed for the International Committee's approval by the end of November.
It should include (add any more items):
- Procedures on the recruitment and acceptance of volunteers
- Role descriptions/terms of reference for volunteers and interns
- Availability/bookings of Peacebuilding House in Rwanda for volunteers
- Schedule of formal internships
- List of all volunteers with specific roles (including members)
